From the Applicant
What I intend to study...
I intend to get my Bachelor of Commerce in Management because it aligns with my interests and career aspirations. I am very curious how businesses operate, how they effectively utilize their resources, and how good leadership skills and decision making contribute to a successful business.
This program offers a strong foundation in business principles, human resource management, management practices and leadership skills, which are all important factors for success. Additionally, the program reviews both theory and practical knowledge, teaching students how to manage people, plan strategically, and enhance decision making. The school also provides technology courses, which help students generate new ideas, develop them, and finally implement them into the real world. Since a long-term goal of mine is to become a successful business leader in growth, this especially appeals to me.
What I want to do with my life...
There is a saying that education is the key to success. Therefore, studying commerce will help prepare me for my life in the business world. After school, I want to become a successful business leader and eventually start my own business. Learning how to grow an idea into a new business, how important decisions are made, and how good leadership can help achieve a common goal are skills I will utilize in my pursuit. I hope to build a business that will not only support my own personal interests, but support others in the community as well.
This education will help me grow as a person and learn critical new skills that a business manager will have to use to be successful, including critical thinking, communication, and human relations. By gaining these skills, I will build my confidence that I can develop into a manager able to operate a successful business and achieve organizational goals.
